Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping: All orders are shipped free of charge in Canada. Depending on shipping location, please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Ordering: You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O.Box), telephone number, valid e-mail address and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer.

Ordering change: It is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. The only exception is the delivery address, which can be changed if your order has not yet been shipped. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact us immediately.

Packaging: All purchases will be packaged in cardboard shipping boxes or crated in custom built wood crates (depending on the size of art) and are protected to ensure safe arrival. We provides in-transit insurance on all artwork we ship to you.

 

Each sale is final and we cannot accept returns unless there is shipping damage.

Shipping damage: It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon reception. Your signature requested by the carrier confirms the good condition of the package received. If the packaging is damaged, please mention this to the delivery agent and contact us immediately. Follow the instructions below:                                                                                                                                      

  • Within 48 hours of delivery you must contact us with a brief explanation of the damage.                  
  • Attach photographs of the damaged items and the packing materials. This information is required for insurance claims.                                                                                                                    
  • Retain all packaging materials. Do not throw away anything. Artwork returned must be packaged in the same container as it was shipped.

The carrier may request additional information for the insurance claim. Once all documentation has been received, it takes approximately two weeks for the shipping company to process the insurance claim. As soon as the carrier informs us that the insurance credit has been approved. Shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser. We will refund upon receipt of the returned work and after verification of its condition.
